Neighborhood Description

The City of Coral Gables is located southwest of Downtown Miami. Designed by George Merrick during the boom years of the 1920, Coral Gables was one of the first planned communities in the United States. It is famous for the beautiful tree-lined streets and stately homes. Recently more development in the area has brought more condominiums and town-homes into the available housing inventory of Coral Gables.
